The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 324/307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
On the information received on phone, informant reached the hospital, and he came to know that the petitioner had shot the guard/victim. There is delay of 2 days in lodging of the FIR and there is no explanation of delay. Informant has not disclosed the source or name of person who disclosed the name of this petitioner. No direct or indirect evidence has come against the petitioners during course of investigation to show his complicity in the occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
