Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)(A)/26/35 of the Arms Act. A loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S. Tr. No. 21 of 2018 arising out of Basantpur Police Station Case No. 270 of 2017, subject to the condition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28831 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
