2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj (Kashnagar OP) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Loot of Rs. 1,00,000/- and mobile was committed. Materials have surfaced during investigation connecting the petitioner with the crime. One vehicle used in the loot has been recovered from the petitioner which is suspected to have been used by the criminals and that way the petitioner has been connected with the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19053 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj (Kashnagar OP) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Basnahi, Police Station, Saharsa on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
