The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 465, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the instant case, the complaint case is lodged after lapse of four months of the alleged occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
