No. 73358 of 2018 by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail and the time of surrender was given within four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness, petitioner could not surrender within time. So, he prays to extend the time of surrender.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the date of surrender of the petitioner in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. case No. 530 of 2018 be extended for further four weeks from today. In the aforesaid manner, this petition stands disposed
