Petitioner is accused in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 registered under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A, 35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.11.2019.
