By the impugned order the learned court below has directed the plaintiff to adduce evidence on each and every date in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case after holding that the plaintiff cannot be exempted from filing the list of witnesses. The present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the defendants challenging the aforesaid order.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11399 of 2014 dt.02-08-2016 After considering the submissions and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for interdicting the impugned order.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
