The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S. Case No.557 of 2020 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 504, 379 and 308 of the IPC lodged on 15.10.2020 by the informant Ramashankar Thakur.

As per paragraph-11, the police after investigation has submitted final form on 25.06.2021 stating that the case is false. In the aforementioned circumstance, no apprehension of arrest is there and as such the petition is premature. As such, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to
