The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504/34, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant and his family members sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case for a petty dispute of cutting
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15462 of 2022(2) dt.15-09-2022 2/2 the soil from the road. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IV, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
