In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 for offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court with a prayer for bail and this Court, vide order dated 5.2.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 56681 of 2015, rejected the same with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. A report has been submitted by the Presiding Officer, Civil Court, Gopalganj, which shows that the case has still not been committed to the Court of Sessions.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16186 of 2017 (4) dt.02-08-2017 This Court directs the Presiding Officer, Civil Court, Gaya to conclude the process and commit the case to the Court of Sessions and the Court of Sessions must take up the trial on dayto-day basis and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of record after commitment.
