There was seizure of 30.678 litres of foreign liquor (Indian origin) and 4 litres 400 gms. of country made wine from a hut allegedly belonging to the petitioner. It has further been disclosed that at the time of raid the petitioner succeeded in his escape though he is under custody since 23.12.2019. As is evident from para-3 of the petition, the petitioner has got one case as a criminal antecedent.

In the background of nature of allegation in consonance with the period of custody, the petitioner, Kumud Sahni @ Kamod Sahani @ Kumod Sahni, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
