2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6997 of 2024.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Hon'ble Court has pleased to grant bail to the petitioners imposing conditions that they shall visit to the police station every month for one year to mark attendence.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner No.1 is a old lady aged about 65 years and it is extremely inconvenient for her to attend the police station once in a month. He further submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23516 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 that petitioner No.2 is a pregnant lady and due to pregnancy, her movement is little bit difficult. As such, counsel seeks modification in the third condition i.e., "the petitioners shall appear before the concerned police station every month for one year to mark attendance" of the said order.

5. Counsel for the State submits that petitioners have already granted bail and with a view to take precaution, such condition has been imposed.

6. Counsel further submits that antecedent of the petitioner No.1 is not clean and she has idea for criminal trial.

7. In the light of the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to change any condition for petitioner No.1, but upon seeing the doctor's report annexed in the supplementary affidavit of the bail petition, this Court hereby exempts the petitioner No.2 from condition No.3. i.e., "the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station every month for one year to mark attendance".
