Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amas P.S. Case No.136 of 2020 registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Akash @ Tomato, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.25767 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.136 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
