2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for ventilating his grievance, the petitioner, who is the ex-PACS Chairman, has already filed a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4248 of 2023 dt.24-08-2023 2/2 representation before the District Manager, Bihar State Food Corporation, Katihar, but the same has not been considered till date.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 7. If such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of further eight weeks.
