In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the motorcycle of the Informant worth Rs. 1,37,500/- has been snatched by the accused persons.

As has been stated in the impugned order itself that from paragraph no.15 of the Case Diary, it appears that the snatched motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the accused petitioner. It also mentions paragraph no.42 of the Case Diary, in which it has been stated that the petitioner has criminal

No.14139 of 2020(4) dt.14-08-2020 2/2 antecedents having four registered cases against him but, In paragraph no.3 of the present bail application, it has been stated that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents of as many as 10 criminal cases registered for different offences. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a compoundable case and both the parties have filed an application for compromise and, hence, he does not want to press this application for bail.

In view of the above, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to take action in accordance with law. This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case of the petitioner and the court below will examine the same and take decision as per law.
