Petitioner has filed the present application for change in the alignment of construction of N.H (Patna-Gaya- Dobhi) on survey plot no. 3303, 3304, 3280, 3281 in place of survey plot no. 3302, 3304, 0035 and 3306 of Dumari Mauze, P.S. Punpun, district- Patna.

The issue of alignment and designing is in the domain of expert and the Court does not persuade to interfere with in the aforesaid construction work.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8511 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 by filing of representation to respondent No.2, to file representation indicating therein the defects in the designed and alignment of construction of bridge. In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, the respondent No.2, shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
