2. The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of the order dated 23.11.2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1152 of 2021 and further seeking extension of time for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender within the time stipulated in the earlier order and, therefore, prays for grant of further time for the said purpose. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26981 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 Thousand only) with a charitable organization, without prejudice to their case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present modification application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted further time of four (04) weeks from today to surrender before the court concerned and furnish bail bonds in terms of the order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1152 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with Sri Ramkrishna Sarda Ashram, AT+P.O-Rajgir, District -Nalanda at Biharsharif, Pincode -803116 and shall produce the valid receipt thereof before the court below at the time of surrender.

6. It is clarified that the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted only after due verification of the genuineness and validity of the said receipt by the court concerned.

7. The order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1152 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. Shishir/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U
