The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/332/ 333/337/338/353/186/307/504/506/427/386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to property Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act. Petitioner was identified as a member of the mob consisting of 100-150 people. Allegation is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13654 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.487 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
