JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2026 The present petition preferred to extend time for furnishing bail bond, as petitioners could not surrender before the court concerned within stipulated period as passed through Cr. Misc. No. 51086 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026 (Annexure-P/1) while granting them privilege of anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the submission and for the reasons stated in petition itself, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court concerned within two weeks as of now i.e. on or before 25.03.2026.

3. This order shall be treated as part of order dated 06.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51086 of 2025.
