JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.09.2019, passed by the District Arms Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah by filing appropriate Appeal. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Appellate Authority on merits without it being impeded by the issue of limitation, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter, by passing a speaking and a reasoned order, in accordance with law. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
