2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 630 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van and apprehended co-accused Murshid Alam disclosed the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle and has got no concern with the alleged recovery of illicit liquor.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for anticipatory

6. Considering the quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
