1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ application with a direction to the learned District Judge, Gaya, to dispose of the case filed by the respondent-National Highways Authority of India bearing Miscellaneous (Arbitration) Case No. 77 of 2017, which is pending before him, as early as possible.
3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to
