2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 12.02.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Buxar in Buxar Complaint Case No. 607(C) of 2017 by which cognizance under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21544 of 2019(10) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 Code was taken against the petitioners.

3. Both the parties have jointly submitted that the entire dispute between the parties has been settled.

4. In view of the joint submission of the parties, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 12.02.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Buxar in Buxar Complaint Case No. 607(C) of 2017 and the entire prosecution of the petitioners is hereby quashed.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Buxar through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
