JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2025 Heard Mr. Shekhar Singh, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Avinash Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the Bihar State University Service Commission.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner requires to be considered, in the light of the direction/order passed in CWJC No.11232 of 2024 and her grievance be redressed in accordance with law.

Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State University Service Commission (hereinafter to be referred as the 'Commission') informs that the petitioner has approached this Court after the date of interview in subject 'History' has already expired and extending the date of interview, particularly calling for the petitioner for the interview, will be against the terms and conditions of the advertisement and the decision of this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the information given on behalf of the Commission that LPA No.198 of 2025, against the order/judgment dated 20.02.2025 passed in CWJC No.11232 of 2024 & Ors., has been preferred and the Division Bench has been pleased to 'stay' the operation of the order dated 20.02.2025 passed in CWJC No.11232 of 2024 & Ors.

5. In view of the above information and grievance of the petitioner and the fact that the selection process is still continuing, the petitioner may request to the Chairman of the Bihar State University Service Commission to consider his case, in view of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, however, any exercise will be subject to the result of final order of the Division Bench in LPA No.198 of 2025.

6. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
