1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner filed this writ application in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondents to give MACP of the petitioner in view of the letter i.e. Letter No.3/R.201/86 Kar.2475 dated 28 February, 1986 in which it provides that those officers/employee of Govt. of Bihar, against whom three censure or five warning has been given and after censure/warning his performance of work/and
Patna High Court CWJC No.8243 of 2016(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 character of three years service will be found satisfactory and better and there will be no adverse comment passed against him, then he shall be given benefit of MACP, otherwise not."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
