====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is an application for regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.702 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with co-accused persons armed with Lathi, Danda and Iron rod abused the informant and thereafter assaulted him with Iron rod. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has not committed any offence alleged against him. No case under section 307 and 379 is made out against petitioner. SC/ST P.S. Case No.91 of 2017 has also been filed against informant from the side of petitioner. He is in judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29869 of 2018(2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 custody since 06.11.2017.

Earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2055 of 2018 vide order dated 8.2.2018 with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in custody for six months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.702 of 2017.
