Patna High Court CWJC No.7445 of 2016 dt.16-03-2017 2/2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order as it is contended that the petitioners' college is government aided college but they are not getting salary despite the aid given by the government and, as such, the Government should know that as to in what manner the financial assistance is being utilized.
