Case No.50 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Section 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting informant and incidence is result of family dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and no any overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. He does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, le the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of
