KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.709 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner in the F.I.R. has been made only on suspicion.

It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The victim girl herself in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she had gone to her uncle on her own volition to Bombay where she had been apprehended by the lady police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48863 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Rohtas, in Sasaram Town P.S.Case No.703 of 2017.
