2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 365 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused person kidnapped the minor daughter of the victim and she is still traceless.

5. It is submitted on behalf of the State that victim is still traceless and petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that victim is still traceless and also criminal antecedent of the
