JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20402 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

It is expected from learned Court below to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner in view of the fact that petitioner claims that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

The order dated 23.12.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 21 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22390 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
