JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-10-2016 Today an inspection report by the Committee consisting of five different authorities of the University has been produced by the counsel for the University in CWJC No.6545 of 2016, which also covers the case of the petitioner of this case. The report is dated 26.10.2016. The report also seems to be favourable to the college in question and the recommendation is for grant of affiliation. However, it needs to be accepted and approved by other bodies, some of which have been indicated in the concluding part of the report.

2. A counter affidavit of the State has been filed. It is placed on record.

3. The court directs the Vice-Chancellor of J.P. University, Chapra that whatever is required to be done must be done and a final order must be in place by 30.11.2016. A copy of the report is placed on record.
