The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S Case No. 146 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, under conspiracy of the petitioner and other two co-accused Baharan Gond kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. During investigation, the statement of the victim girl has been recorded wherein she has made allegation against other persons not against the petitioner.

No.29377 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
