JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 27.02.2018, seek bail in Ekma PS Case No. 18 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that three unknown miscreants robbed the informant, relieved him of fifty thousand rupees cash and one motorcycle.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that except confessional statement of the petitioners there is no other material, neither any cash or looted motorcycle was recovered from their possession nor they were put on TIP.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Lallu Nut and Pawan Kumar @ Pawan Nut are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma PS Case No. 18 of 2018.
