1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for quashing the order dated 21.11.23 passed by the respondent no.4 in Anganbari Sevika Appeal No.103/2022 whereby it has affirmed the order dated 12.2.2021 passed by respondent no.6 in Case No.1/2020.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3987 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 (ii) For quashing the order dated 12.2.21 passed by respondent no.6 in case No.1/2020 whereby the claim of the petitioner was rejected on the post of Anganbari Sevika in ward no.7, Gram Panchayat Raj Surgahi, block- Tariyani, district-Sheohar and the selection of the private respondent no.10 was upheld.

(iii) For directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in place of respondent no.10 in ward no.7. Gram Panchayat Raj Surgahi, block -Tariyani, District -Sheohar. (iv) For staying the order dated 21.11.23 and 12.2.21 till the disposal of the present case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
