Petitioner is accused in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 399 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Mukesh Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar Sah @ Jagta @ Gagat @ Raja has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37649 of 2017. It is also submitted that he is not named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 08.05.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37325 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 399 of 2017.
