1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Civil Miscellaneous No. 715 of 2022, which got dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order, dated 18.11.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that requisites have been filed on 08.02.2023 pursuant to the order, dated 18.11.2022, but, after expiry of peremptory time granted

4. The Office is directed to verify the same.
