2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 754 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/341/323/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the order giver. The victim was injured when he was assaulted by other co-accused.
