18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner along with his wife had brutally assaulted the informant, his uncle over his head on account of which, as per Annexure-2 there happens to be fracture in right temporal bone and small depressed fracture in right occipital bone. That being so, for the present prayer for bail is rejected.
