The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021 lodged under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution, on the secret information, the police has arrested the petitioner and recovered one pistol and cartridges from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2021, charge sheet has already been filed in this case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In the present facts and circumstances that charge

No.15326 of 2022(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 sheet has already been filed in this case and petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2021 having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
