The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner no.1. He submits that on perusal of first information report, it appears that there is direct allegation of farsa blow against petitioner no.1, Md. Ehsan at the head of the informant with intention to kill him. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, the application for grant of anticipatory bail of petitioner no.1 Md. Ehsan @ Aehsan Ali is rejected. Let the above named petitioner nos.
2 to 5 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
