18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that marriage was solemnized in the year 2009 while the death has occurred in the year 2016. During intervening period, the family was enjoying cordial relationship. Also submitted that informant, father-in-law of the petitioner got this case compromised in the background of the fact that petitioner's father is going to execute sale deed in favour of minor children. Furthermore, it has also been submitted that petitioner on his own surrender before the learned lower court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.
At an earlier occasion petitioner had moved for grant of an anticipatory bail and during course of consideration, postmortem report was seen which indicates death on account of hanging. That event is not at all explained which, petitioner being the husband was under obligation.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34446 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 Prayer for bail is rejected.
