The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case no. 487 of 2018, registered under Section 201 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are husband and father in law of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, daughter of

No.15076 of 2019(5) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 informant died due to snake biting and after giving information to the informant, the dead body was disposed of, but with ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case after ten days of the occurrence with false allegation only to keep undue pressure to deposit cash of Rs. 40,000/- in the name of daughter of deceased.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-V, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
