Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority either under the provisions of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act or under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act for redressal of his grievance.
