JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33214 of 2021 by which the petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 260 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail application in place of A.C.J.M. 9th, Chhapra it has been wrongly typed as A.C.J.M. 9th, Gopalganj, accordingly, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33214 of 2021 and due to the same, the petitioner couldn't surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time.

No. 33214 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in place of learned A.C.J.M. 9th, Gopalganj, it shall be read as learned A.C.J.M. 9th Chhapra and the time granted by order dated 02.02.2022 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U
