The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.05.2014 passed by learned A.C.J.M, Bagaha, P.S. Case No. 218 of 2013, by which cognizance has been taken for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 414 of Indian Penal Code and Rule 40 of the Mining Act.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 29.05.2014 taking cognizance for offence under Sections 419, 420, 414 of Indian Penal Code and Rule 40 of the Mining Act against the petitioner is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25469 of 2015(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 grievances at the stage of framing of charge, if the charge has not already framed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
