The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 350 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In this case, F.I.R. has been lodged in the year 2015 and cognizance against petitioner and other has already been taken on 15-05-2017 and after lapse of five years, the petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
