This appeal has been filed on behalf of appellant for grant of anticipatory bail, which was rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari (East Champaran) on 11.02.2022 in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2021.

The victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has categorically stated that this appellant alongwith other co-accused persons forcibly kidnapped and thereafter, committed rape with her.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to interfere with the order of learned court below and accordingly, the criminal
