JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That Writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the Respondents to establish Vending Zone Near Kund Perishad of Rajgir Kund Kshetra Plot No- 5028 from where petitioners shop was demolished and petitioners be allotted a shop in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4428 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 Vending Zone and further direction may be issued to the Respondents to allow run their Thela shop near Rajgir Kund area temporarily until Vending Zone is established."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the District Collector, Nalanda, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
