Petitioner, already in custody since 26.2.2018, seeks bail in Sonepur PS Case No. 143 of 2018 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, only one mobile was recovered which is his personal mobile and the petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur PS Case No. 143 of 2018.
